  • Can I place an order by telephone?

  • Do you offer Click & Collect?

    Yes, all the products we sell are available for Click & Collect from our Manchester, Leeds or Sheffield shop. Collections can be made during normal shop opening hours, please wait for email confirmation before you set off to collect.

  • Do you offer NHS discount?

    Yes, we do. Just register here with a @nhs.net email address. Once registered you can enter the code NHS at checkout to receive 10% off your order.

  • Do you offer Student discount?

    Yes, we do. Just register here with a .ac.uk email address. Once registered you can enter the code STUDENT at checkout to receive 10% off your order.  If you are shopping in store, you will need to provide evidence of this, for example, a university ID card, Uni Days cardor a library card..

  • Do you price match?

    At this time, we don’t price match.

  • How much do you charge for delivery?

  • My order is a gift, do you offer a gift wrap service?

    At the moment we do not offer a gift wrap service. We would love to provide this in the future and we are looking into ways we can get this set up.

  • My order is a gift, will there be prices on the delivery note?

    Unfortunately yes, prices are displayed on the paperwork that comes with your order. If you email or call us and we can catch it in time, we can remove the paperwork from the delivery and email you a copy of the invoice. Please be aware that there may be times when this is not possible.

  • When will my Click & Collect order be ready?
