I haven't received my full order

Sometimes, we may need to create more than one parcel for delivery.  This may be due to the size of the order or that stock is available in different stores. Therefore, part of your order may be sent from Manchester and the other part from Leeds or Sheffield, for example.
If you believe this may have happened to you, we recommend waiting until the following morning to see whether the remainder of your order arrives. In our experience, it usually does.
